All SEMARA members in good standing have the option to view the clubhouse webcam. This webcam is located near the electrical closet at the clubhouse.
Not working? Try this alternate “bare-bones” link:
You will be prompted for a username and password.
The SEMARA webcam is restricted to SEMARA members only. A username and password has been established for SEMARA members to share. To receive this login information, please send your request to technical [at] semara [dot] org. Be sure to include your name and call sign so that we can validate your identity. Your request should be processed within 24-48 hours and you will receive a return email containing the shared login. All requests are replied to personally by a member of the technical committee and non-member requests will be discarded.
Tim, N1TI installed the webcam prior to 2010 and it is slated for future replacement. The web interface was designed around Java, so the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) plugin is required in your web browser in order to view it. If you experience problems, please try the alternate link above. This is a direct link to the video feed which does not require the JRE plugin. You can also use the alternate link to view the webcam directly in a media player (i.e., VLC Media Player). Special thanks to Tim, N1TI for discovering and providing us with the alternate link.
Who’s In Charge?
The clubhouse webcam is maintained by the SEMARA Technical Committee.
