Option A Raze present structures
and erect a 48’ x 48’ metal building in its
place.
Estimated total cost is $60,000, including removal,
slab, permits and the like.
Carl-K1KID reported that he has a quote
of $48,000 for just the building.
Option B Raze the Quonset hut
and erect a 20’ x 20’ wood radio shack.
Estimated total cost is $33,000, including removal,
slab, permits and the like.
Note – the (objective) inspection of the present
building, which cost us $350, states the building is 95%
good. It needs some work, such as new roof, gutters, vents
and such, for an estimated cost of $15,000.
