All SEMARA members in good standing have the privilege of accessing the club building at any time 24/7. Inside, you have access to the clubhouse meeting hall, radio room, kitchen and bathroom facilities. In addition, all members in good standing have free use of the clubhouse meeting hall once per year for a private function.
Personal Access
A digital keypad lock is in place at the building’s main entrance. To receive the access code, please send us your request. Be sure to include your name, call sign and contact phone number so that a SEMARA officer can validate your identity.
Private Functions
Utilization of the clubhouse meeting hall for a private function must be requested at least 30 days in advance. This allows us time to secure your date and address any liabilities. You may send us your request or bring it up under new business at a SEMARA business meeting for officer approval.
