It is with deep regret we report the passing of longtime SEMARA member, Charlie, KB1FRL. He passed at his home on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at age 69.
A resident of New Bedford, he was born in Acushnet and was a graduate of New Bedford High School and Southeastern Massachusetts University (SMU; now UMass Dartmouth) with a master’s degree. Mr. Moszczenski was a chemistry and physics teacher at Apponequet Regional High School in Lakeville for over 40 years. In addition to ham radio, he enjoyed photography and the NASA program.
